Finance & Purchasing Information
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) oversees the Departments of Finance, Tax Collection and Tax Assessment. The Department of Finance accounts for and controls all Borough revenue and expense. The CFO assists the Mayor and Administration with the preparation of the municipal budget and is responsible for the annual financial statements. The Finance department manages Borough debt including bonds and notes, and develops financial policies; it is also the center for bookkeeping and account control, purchasing and payroll.
